Counselling has been proven to be effective in helping people to deal with what appear to be overwhelming problems. During counselling a couple or individual are able to achieve a clarity when talking issues through with another person, someone who is trained to be objective. When you are emotionally involved in an issue or a crisis, it is difficult to think clearly. Sometimes even one session can diffuse a situation, restore calm and reason and help people to see choices and answers that were obscured to them before.

I also offer a combination of counselling and hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy

I have successfully used hypnotherapy to help people with their personal development, covering such issues as lack of confidence, weight issues, coming to terms with sexual abuse and getting in touch with unhelpful beliefs that are holding them back from really healing, moving on and enjoying their lives.
